شروط الخدمة — TradeX Pro
⚠️ التداول بالذهب (XAUUSD) والعملات الرقمية والأسواق المالية بشكل عام ينطوي على مخاطرة حقيقية بخسارة كل أو جزء من رأس المال. الأداء السابق لا يضمن نتائج مستقبلية. TradeX Pro أداة تنفيذ آلية فقط ولا يقدّم استشارة مالية ولا يضمن أي ربح.
1. طبيعة الخدمة
TradeX Pro هو برنامج (Expert Advisor) يعمل على حسابك الشخصي في منصة MT4/MT5 عند البروكر الذي تختاره، وينفّذ صفقات آلية حسب الإعدادات التي تحددها أنت. نحن لا نتحكم بأموالك ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها — كل التنفيذ يتم عبر بروكرك.
2. الاشتراك
- الخدمة مدفوعة فقط: 150$ بالشهر، أو 1500$ بالسنة مع شهر إضافي مجاناً (13 شهر). لا توجد تجربة مجانية.
- البوت يعمل فقط خلال مدة اشتراك مدفوع وفعّال، ويتوقف عن فتح صفقات جديدة عند انتهائه.
- يمكنك إيقاف البوت بأي وقت من التطبيق أو الموقع أو بوت التلغرام.
3. الترخيص وحدود الاستخدام
- كل اشتراك هو ترخيص شخصي لحساب تداول واحد فقط، وهو الحساب الذي تربطه في التطبيق. نسخة البوت مقفولة على هذا الحساب ولا تعمل على غيره.
- يُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- مشاركة ملف البوت أو مفتاحه أو حسابك في TradeX Pro مع أي شخص آخر.
- نسخ صفقات البوت إلى حسابات أخرى بأي وسيلة (برامج نسخ الصفقات Trade Copier، خدمات الإشارات، حسابات PAMM/MAM، أو أي ربط مشابه).
- بيع البوت أو إشاراته أو إعادة توزيعها أو تأجيرها.
- محاولة فك البوت أو تعديله أو تجاوز نظام الترخيص أو تشغيله بدون اشتراك.
- تغيير حساب التداول المربوط مسموح حتى 3 مرات بالشهر.
- عند مخالفة أي بند من هذا القسم يُلغى الاشتراك فوراً وبدون استرجاع للمبلغ، ونحتفظ بحقنا القانوني بالمطالبة بالتعويض.
4. سياسة الاسترجاع
بما أن الخدمة رقمية وتُستهلك فوراً، لا يوجد استرجاع للمبالغ المدفوعة إلا في حال وجود خطأ تقني واضح من طرفنا يمنع الخدمة من العمل بشكل كامل.
5. المسؤولية
- أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن قرار استخدام البوت وعن أي خسارة مالية تنتج عن التداول.
- ننصح بعدم استخدام أموال لا تتحمل خسارتها، وبتجربة البوت أولاً على حساب ديمو أو برأس مال صغير.
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية انقطاع الخدمة الناتج عن مشاكل بالبروكر أو الإنترنت أو جهازك أو الخادم (VPS) الخاص بك.
6. إنهاء الخدمة
نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي حساب يُستخدم بشكل مخالف لهذه الشروط أو بشكل احتيالي، بدون إشعار مسبق.

⚠️ Trading gold (XAUUSD), crypto and financial markets carries a real risk of losing some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. TradeX Pro is an automated execution tool only; it gives no financial advice and guarantees no profit.
1. The service
TradeX Pro is an Expert Advisor that runs in your own MT4/MT5 account with the broker you choose and places automated trades according to the settings you set. We never hold or access your funds — all execution happens at your broker.
2. Subscription
- The service is paid only: $150 per month, or $1500 per year with one extra month free (13 months). There is no free trial.
- The bot works only during an active paid subscription and stops opening new trades when it ends.
- You can stop the bot at any time from the app, the website or the Telegram bot.
3. License and permitted use
- Each subscription is a personal license for ONE trading account only — the account you link in the app. Your copy of the bot is locked to that account and does not work on any other.
- It is strictly forbidden to:
- share the bot file, its key or your TradeX Pro account with anyone else;
- copy the bot's trades to other accounts by any means (trade copiers, signal services, PAMM/MAM accounts or any similar link);
- sell, redistribute or rent out the bot or its signals;
- decompile or modify the bot, bypass its licensing, or run it without a subscription.
- You may change the linked trading account up to 3 times per month.
- Any breach of this section ends the subscription immediately without refund, and we reserve all legal rights to claim damages.
4. Refunds
As the service is digital and used immediately, payments are not refunded unless a clear technical fault on our side prevents the service from working at all.
5. Liability
- You alone are responsible for the decision to use the bot and for any financial loss from trading.
- Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose; try the bot on a demo account or with small capital first.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by your broker, internet connection, computer or VPS.
6. Termination
We may suspend any account used in breach of these terms or fraudulently, without prior notice.
